Compared to the traditional agarose based ion exchange chromatography media, Trigoats Tech's ion exchange chromatography media have higher mechanical stability and low back pressure. The porous hydrophilic ion exchange media are produced by first forming a hydrophilic layer on the microspheres. Then, ion exchange functional groups are attached onto the hydrophilic layer.
